“I like to keep a good thing a secret, and Urban Habitat is that. These people are professional, a high level of service and overall the best. I know, as I have had a bad, I mean really bad Real Estate beforehand that left me with $10,000 of owed money worth of repairs to my home now investment property this is not counting the insurance claim, plus over $5,000 worth of unpaid rent. I know this could have been worse but I really didn’t need this, as this all happen when I was in another state and starting a new job so my stress level was at a all high. Sally and Jon took my house under there wing, took the tenants to court and have been looking after my place since Feb 2016. Barbara and the staff are always friendly, professional, and their service is 100%. It is so nice now that I don’t have to be ringing all the time checking up on things I am informed of any changes. You may say well so they should they get paid for this to happen, well all I can say is I paid more to another Real Estate in the past for unprofessional and misinformed service that almost cost my house.
